There are several types of poker games, each with its own style, length and complexity. From familiar classics to future changes, these five types of poker are worth a try.
TEXAS HOLD’EM
If you’re new to this game, it’s a classic and amazing starting point of all time. This happens in the following steps.
Pre-flop - two slot cards are given to each player below
Flop - the next three “social” cards are dealt face up
Twist - You receive the fourth social card
River - You will receive a fifth community card
OMAHA
Omaha is just similar to the first mention above, but with a special feature.
In Omaha, instead of two, bettor receive four hole cards, and they can only use two of their own cards with three community cards. In addition, everyone plays to the end.
SEVEN-CARD STUD
This game was the great among all before the popularity of Texas Hold'em. There is nothing more to it, and it is believed that this requires more skills.
In Seven Card Stud you have two to eight bettors without a failure or social card. Instead, the game starts with two slot cards and a third face card (slot cards and door cards).
FIVE CARD DRAW
This version of poker is about the cards you get, but there is room for strategy! The goal is simple: to create the best hand from five cards.
Initially, all five cards are dealt and the first round of the competition is held. Place a bet, then you can change three cards and move on to the next bet. After that, the player with the best hand wins.
HIGH LOW CHICAGO
This changes the seven-card stud formula to make the game almost the highest or lowest hand.
The two winners can share the pot. The player with the larger or smaller shovel in the hole (down) wins half of the pot. After that, the one with the best hand wins the remaining pot.
